We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving sales using industry-standard tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to identify and target potential clients.
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate and nurture leads.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into clients, focusing on key markets and sectors.
- CRM Management: Manage leads and maintain an updated CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Tools: Proficiency in Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
- Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
