We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving sales using industry-standard tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:  Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha to identify and target potential clients.
  • Prospecting & Outreach:  Conduct personalized outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate and nurture leads.
  • Sales Strategy:  Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into clients, focusing on key markets and sectors.
  • CRM Management:  Manage leads and maintain an updated CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Relationship Building:  Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets:  Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research:  Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tools:  Proficiency in Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.
  • Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation Skills:  Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Sales Experience:  Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
  • Self-Motivated:  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy:  Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree:  Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
