erview:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, converting leads into clients, pitching our services, executing sales strategies, and building relationships with brands and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify, pitch, and convert potential leads into clients by showcasing the value of our services.- Assist in preparing a comprehensive job description for the Sales Head role and ensure alignment with company sales goals.- Work closely with the CEO to identify target clients and refine sales pitches.- Oversee the sales process from initial lead engagement to closing deals, ensuring smooth execution.- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and influencers to enhance business opportunities.- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment in sales initiatives and client pitches.- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs to optimize pitching strategies.- Assist in connecting influencers with brands for marketing collaborations and promotions.

Requirements:- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within B2B or influencer marketing.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed.- Demonstrated success in lead conversion and sales execution.- Understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and experience working with brands and influencers is a plus.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
