Role Overview:

This role is perfect for recent graduates or young professionals who want a 360-degree view of startup operations and learn about scaling a high-growth company's strategic and operational aspects.


As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll shadow the founder, work closely with cross-functional teams, and take on a dynamic mix of responsibilities that align with strategic projects, client interactions, and internal coordination.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Assist in brainstorming and implementing strategic initiatives, analysing market trends, and developing competitive positioning.
  • Account Management & Sales: Support the founder in managing key client relationships, attending sales meetings, following up on leads, and helping drive revenue growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside various teams, coordinate projects, streamline internal communication, and contribute to building a collaborative workplace.
  • Research & Analysis: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential partners; present insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Assist with daily tasks, special projects, and ad-hoc requirements, learning firsthand the behind-the-scenes activities of running a business.

Qualifications:

  • Recently graduated in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the automotive or tech sector and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic digital marketing, sales, or account management knowledge is a plus.
