Position Summary:

Healtour Solutions is seeking an experienced and innovative AI Transformation Lead to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of AI agents across our digital ecosystem. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-powered solutions to support customer engagement, streamline internal processes, and drive operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and project management skills to align AI initiatives with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for AI agent integration, aligning with Healtour Solutions’ strategic objectives.

• Identify and prioritize key operational areas for AI implementation to enhance customer engagement and process efficiency.

• Collaborate with senior management to design a phased approach for the deployment and scaling of AI agents.

2. Project Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of AI deployment, including planning, prototyping, testing, and deployment.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure smooth AI integration across workflows.

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective implementations.

3. Technology & Integration

• Leverage Microsoft’s Copilot Studio and similar AI platforms to design and configure AI agents tailored for healthcare and wellness.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI agents into the Healtour Solutions platform and align with CRM and other core systems.

• Collaborate with external vendors and AI solution providers to customize and enhance AI capabilities.

4. Training & Adoption

• Develop training programs and resources to maximize AI agent utilization and improve customer experience.

• Drive AI adoption across teams, gather user feedback, and refine AI functionalities based on insights.

• Establish and manage KPIs to measure AI agent effectiveness and its impact on key business areas.

5. Quality Assurance & Improvement

• Continuously monitor AI agent performance, ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

• Implement improvement processes to align AI agent functionalities with evolving business needs.

• Stay updated on AI advancements in healthcare, recommending new features and upgrades as relevant.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML project management, IT implementation, or similar roles, preferably in healthcare or tourism.

• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end AI-driven tool deployments, especially within digital transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s Copilot Studio or similar AI platforms.

• Proven project management skills with experience in tools like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and AI best practices in medical settings is an asset.
