ROLE:- US Immigration SpecialistJob description :-Experience : - Min1 year to 4 years and Good ExperienceLocation :-Hitech City, Madhapur, Hyderabad ( Onsite Only)Interview Mode:- Only Face To FaceUS Shift Time:- 6.30Pm to3.30 Am (No cab facility)***Looking for 1 years to 4 years of experience ***US Immigration Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: -- Hands-on experience in handling various types of visa's, including initial, amendment, transfer, and extension petitions.- Practical exposure to processing and coordination with attorneys for case preparation and submission.- Proficient in using HRMS/ATS tools such as Ceipal for immigration and employee record management.- Skilled in preparing and maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs) in compliance with DOL requirements.- Experience in drafting immigration-related letters including client letters, employment verification, and stamping support.- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking and reporting case statuses.- Experience in coordinating with U.S. immigration attorneys and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for case management.- Preferred: Exposure to U.S. onboarding processes for visa-holding employees.- Preferred: Experience conducting internal compliance audits and ensuring adherence to immigration and DOL regulations.- If you are interested in the above role, you can forward your resume to my email idWhatsapp No : .Best regards,Sravanthi yelamala |Human Resources|
