Our proprietary platforms, including Channel Command™, Neuro Rank™, Yukti AI, and Jaldi Engage™, are transforming channel ecosystems, driving LLM SEO dominance, and automating demo-led conversions for B2 B clients globally.Role OverviewThis is not a tele-calling or cold-calling role.You will manage qualified inbound leads, run strategic discovery coordination, and ensure seamless proposal handovers by working closely with the Strategy team. The leads are pre-qualified through companies' campaigns, AI tools, demo workflows, and thought leadership efforts.The goal: ensure funnel velocity, timely proposal coordination, and support high-value closures.Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Qualification· Review and qualify inbound leads from marketing, website demos, LLM SEO flows, or founder networks· Score and prioritize leads using firmographics, urgency, and solution fit· Maintain hygiene in CRM (e.g., Zoho) with updated lead stages and notesDiscovery, Coordination & Proposal Handoff· Schedule and confirm discovery meetings with Strategy, Product, or Founder· Prepare internal briefs on each lead, industry, persona, past interactions, urgency· Coordinate with the Strategy team to prepare and dispatch tailored proposals, pitch decks, or demos. Or prepare commercial proposals· Track proposal follow-ups, next-step commitments, and secure feedback from clientsLead Engagement & Communication· Maintain structured, professional communication with prospects via email, Linked In, and Whats App· Respond to queries with speed and clarity· Ensure all client-facing touchpoints are logged in CRM with accuracyFunnel Reporting & Insights· Share weekly updates on:o MQL to SQL conversiono Proposal trackingo Meeting-to-deal velocity· Flag delays, drop-offs, or red signals proactively to Business HeadPlatform Familiarity (Training Provided)· Learn and be able to explain value of:o Neuro Rank™ (LLM SEO engine)o Channel Command™ (partner ecosystem automation)o Yukti AI (autonomous demo agent)o Jaldi Engage™ (AI-integrated Whats App CRM)o Digital and GTM StrategyIdeal Candidate Profile· 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or pre-sales in a B2 B, Mar Tech, Saa S, or digital agency environment· Excellent communication, fluent in email, Linked In, and professional verbal interactions· Quick learner, eager to work on AI-led solutions and IP-based selling· High attention to detail, task tracking, and ownership of outcomes· Confident working with CXOs, marketing heads, and enterprise personas· Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.) and funnel dashboardsWhat This Role Does Not Involve· ❌ No cold calling· ❌ No mass email campaigns· ❌ No aggressive tele-sales scriptingCompensation & Growth· Base CTC: + Performance Incentives: Based on revenue and deal close· Growth Path: Progression to Strategy, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Account Success Manager within 12–18 monthsWork Culture & Environment· Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with direct access to founders· Innovation-led: You will learn frameworks that don’t exist in traditional agencies· Daily exposure to advanced AI tools, high-value deals, and CXO-level conversationsLocation: Onsite – Delhi NCRExperience: 1–2 years in Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / SDR (inbound or consultative B2 B)Reports To: Head – Business Strategy
