Strategy Development & Execution:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive CSR strategy aligned with the company’s mission and social impact goals.2. Identify and prioritize projects in areas such as Integrated Rural Development, Livelihood Generation, Women Empowerment, Social Entrepreneurship, Health, Education, Working with People with Disabilities, and Sports for Social Good.
Ensure budgetary adherence and optimize the deployment of funds for measurable social outcomes.
Program Management:
1. Oversee project planning, implementation, and evaluation across focus areas to ensure maximum reach and sustainability.2. Facilitate partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and social enterprises to leverage resources and scale initiatives.
Design sustainability frameworks for CSR initiatives to ensure long-term impact, especially for rural and marginalized communities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government agencies, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.2. Collaborate with local bodies and regulatory authorities to align CSR efforts with national and state development objectives.
Create opportunities for employee engagement in CSR initiatives to foster an internal culture of giving back.
Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance:
1. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact measurement tools to assess program success.2. Prepare and present comprehensive reports on CSR performance to the Board, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on CSR trends, policy changes, and best practices to enhance the company's CSR footprint.
Brand & Communication:
1. Promote CSR achievements through internal and external channels to strengthen brand reputation.2. Highlight success stories and positive social outcomes, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and CSR goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW/MA in SW), MA in Development Studies, MBA (Rural Development), or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate CSR roles, preferably with a focus on high-impact, large-scale projects in rural development, health, or education.
Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and budgeting skills, with demonstrated success in building partnerships and leading cross-functional teams.
Competencies: Deep understanding of CSR policies and compliance, excellent communication, and analytical skills, ability to work with diverse stakeholders, and passion for social impact.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in large-scale CSR with budgets over 50 crores.- Track record of successfully implementing sustainable social impact initiatives in rural and urban settings.- Familiarity with corporate governance and reporting standards in CSR and ESG contexts.
