This position is essential in shaping and executing our marketing strategies, driving customer engagement, and amplifying our brand’s presence. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be instrumental in creating a vibrant community, fostering strong customer relationships, and steering our brand to new heights. Operating within the Pacific Time Zone, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:-

Strategic Visionary:

Craft and execute D2C marketing and community strategies that make us the most standout D2C brand in the health food space.-

Campaign Maestro:

Plan, create, and deliver marketing campaigns across email, social media, influencer channels, paid advertising, and community initiatives.-

Influencer & Partner Relations Guru:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, media partners, and affiliates to supercharge customer acquisition and brand recognition. We aim to scale to 1,000 influencers and 20 partnerships in active rotation during the year.-

Community Builder:

Foster and maintain a vibrant D2C community with engaging content, events, and initiatives that build loyalty and advocacy. We want to build a community of over 20,000 customers.-

Video Content Creator:

Script high-quality, engaging, short-form video content tailored to hit 1 million views on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram each by the end of the year. Coordinate with creators to ensure the video is the best thing you’ll ever see.-

SEO-Focused Blogging:

Create engaging, SEO-optimized blog posts tailored to the audience's interests to boost organic traffic by 700% of the website traffic.-

Product Launch Strategy:

Plan and execute monthly product launches and seasonal collections to generate excitement and drive sales. Be creative. Impress us.-

Customer Retention Initiatives:

Implement strategies to retain customers through targeted email marketing, loyalty programs, and personalized recommendations. Measured by an increase in LTV.-

Backlinks and Reviews:

Secure 200 backlinks and featured reviews from bloggers to enhance our online presence and credibility in a year.-

Press Relations:

Reach out to the press and secure featured reviews for our collections, - increasing brand recognition and credibility. Ready to get us onto the New York Times or Oprah’s Favorite List 2025?-

Major Plus: Ability to record high-quality videos that resonate with our customer base. This way, you can record the video yourself instead of working with other creators.

Qualifications:Be the best marketer I’ve ever met who is hungry for all things marketing and has shown results.
