KRA's:-

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Utilize resources for digital marketing, lead generation, participate in trade shows , conduct multi-level trials to gain new customers
  • Work closely with customers to understand their packaging machinery need s and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for presentation to the executive team.
  • Travel to visit clients and potential clients.
  • Foster collaboration between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, production, and customer support).
