Company: Mahindra Agri Solutions Position Details Position Manager - Business Planning Reports To Business Head - Seeds Place of Posting Hyderabad Position Description Work closely with Head of the Sales for Seeds BU in driving business planning activity. Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Support Sales Business plan for Seeds business. Play active role in driving business critical interventions and make sure that they are on track. Research and identify new business prospectus within Seeds business unit - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Continuous monitoring of business processes and systems for reviews with top management etc Plan, Coordinate & Execute the Seeds business meeting / Calls and ensure smooth execution of Monthly Periodic Reviews of the business by the team Streamline & standardize reports required for Sales function. Benchmark business processes of other relevant Seeds companies and undertake improvement in current processes Organize collection of market intelligence for seed industry through systematic collection and analysis of data, statistics and information from the field and use the same to recommend and/or redesign strategy to meet competition Manage end to end digital planning associated with sales leverage including product content development, media planning and business analytics. Execute online and Marketing campaign to leverage product brand. To work with cross functional teams Commercials, Finance and Operations, Productions to ensure end-to-end seamless operations Conduct sales analysis to identify areas / stakeholders to be focused upon for driving business growth Publish monthly dashboard, identifying areas of improvement. Ensure all agreements & certifications are renewed timely. Ensure compliance is adhered in all our conduct / interactions. Ensure that business is conducted in line with Companys policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values. Job Requirements Experience Must have at least 5 to 8 years’ experience in Business planning and support business function Industry Preferred Seeds | Agri Products | FMCG Qualification Post Gradaute from B-School only Skills Must have demonstrated proficiency in dealing with Sales forecast, business nos. Relationship building Planning and Organising Stakeholder management Good proficiency in MS-Office (Usage of power point for making presentations is critical & Ms Excel for Data Management) Effectively plans, prioritizes, deploys and reviews completion of initiatives Personality Traits Competencies Result oriented Must possess good communication and inter-personal skills Innovative thinker with customer centric mindset Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time Communicates effectively - both oral and written ; Should have excellent presentation skills Additional Requirement Special Skills & Knowledge Business & Financial Acumen: Understand differential resource deployment, demonstrate ability to develop budgets and manage resource allocations and conduct P&L analysis. Assess the portfolio of accounts and prioritize limited resources in order to create wins for the account and for Mahindra Agri - Seeds. Strategic Thinking: Align account needs with Mahindra Agri - Seeds goals, understand the Seeds Industry and local market trends and accordingly develop appropriate account plans.
