Job description


Roles and Responsibilities


·      Responsible for counselling enquiries, walking in clients, and selling our services over the phone and by email in person.

·      Advice on the available overseas options will enable the candidates and their families to make an educated choice and the right decision.

·      Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws and policies.

·      Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

·      Provide a personal career strategy customised to their needs.

·      Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

·      Meet the assigned targets.

·      Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.

·      Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products

·      Preferred Location: Mumbai, Delhi,



Desired Candidate Profile


·      Desired Skills and Experience: - 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience. The more, the better

·      Prior experience in Immigration Sales is highly recommended. Having prior experience selling business and investor programs will give you a higher weightage.

·      Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.

·      Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

·      Familiarity with computers and the Internet.

·      Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude: Outgoing and positive with a passion for learning and growing.

·      Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.


Languages known: English, Hindi, Punjabi(Optional)
