Designation : DGM/GM- Key Accounts

Experience : Minimum 12 years in KAM business (Pan India exposure is a must)

Coverage : Pan India

Team size : 12-15 people including HO staff

Package : Best In Industry


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and private hospitals across India.
  • Manage tender-based business for both corporate and private hospitals.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while coordinating with and supporting the Institutional and Trade teams.
  • Formulate and execute account strategies for individual hospital accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with external healthcare groups to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's business.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to include products in key formularies, ensuring broad patient access to the company’s portfolio.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations, fostering strong informal networks within and outside the organization to enhance team performance.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with all SBU's Sales team to optimize stock liquidation in corporate and private hospitals.
  • Work closely with the Government Tender Business team to boost organizational performance.


Business Focus:

  • Expand and strengthen the institution's business by increasing the throughput of existing institutional accounts through focused efforts.
  • Leverage both current and new networks of distributors and key institutional stakeholders to cover additional institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth for the institution's business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain high market hygiene and ensure business objectives are met effectively.
  • Deliver institutional business targets and support cross-functional teams to optimize overall market performance.
