Performance Marketing Executive – Tattva Wellness
Location: Gurgaon - This is a work from office role
Salary Range: INR 4 - 5 Lacs per annum
Eligibility: 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing
are seeking a motivated and result-oriented professional with entry level experience in managing digital marketing activities including managing paid campaigns across Google & Facebook & other online business growth related activities, for premium beauty & wellness brand - Tattva.
You will be working closely with the Co-founder and Brand Manager to sustainably grow the business through digital marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Plan & manage monthly paid digital marketing activities for Tattva
Create and optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook & Youtube)
Create and report relevant data dashboards to track progress of the paid campaigns
Planning media budgets & managing campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
Develop insights into audience targeting by analyzing data to further optimize campaigns
Work in conjunction with the brand and content marketing teams for campaign content creation
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Constantly staying updated with platform changes, like Google Ads' ever-evolving features or algorithms.
Skills Requirement:
Familiarity with ad auction systems, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Experience in managing brand ad budgets and CAC across FB Ads, Google Search, Youtube Ads, Twitter Ads.
Innovative thinking, always looking for new tactics or tools that can improve performance
Industry Experience: Offline brands' digital marketing (Hospitality / Beauty) will be useful
