RevenUmf .com is a registered mutual fund investment platform using AI, automation, and simplified basket based investing to help individuals, NRIs, and corporates invest effortlessly in India. We combine advisory intelligence, basket-based investing, and fully digital execution to create a modern, intuitive wealth-tech experience.We are now expanding across India and the Gulf region especially targeting NRIs and are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Co-Founder Track) to help us scale the next phase of our business.About the RoleThis is a high-ownership operating leadership role for someone who wants to help build a fast-growing wealth-tech company from the inside. You will work closely with the founder to drive AUM growth, operations, distribution strategy, and overall business execution.This role follows a founding-team compensation structure, primarily equity-driven, with minimal initial fixed compensation. It is designed for someone who wants to build long-term value rather than pursue a traditional salaried position.What You Will Lead- Scale AUM acquisition across retail, NRIs (especially Gulf countries), and corporate segments- Build and optimize core operations, execution workflows, and compliance processes- Strengthen user onboarding, advisory flows, and customer support systems- Drive distribution strategy—CAs, NRIs, corporates, and B2B channels- Build processes for acquisition, conversion, and long-term investor engagement- Work directly with the founder on product decisions, strategic roadmap, and growth initiatives- Establish scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards, and performance metrics- Ensure smooth coordination across sales, operations, tech, and customer successWho Should ApplyYou’re a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following:- Mutual Fund Distribution / AMC Sales / Wealth Management / Fintech- Managing or growing AUM (₹50 crore+ preferred)- Building B2B channels: NRIs, distributors, corporates, or CAs- Setting up or running operations in an early-stage or high-growth company- Leading cross-functional execution with high accountabilityAnd you are someone who:- Thrives in ownership-heavy roles- Enjoys building systems, teams, and scalable processes- Wants to be part of a high-growth fintech journey, not a routine job- Thinks long-term and understands equity-driven roles- Operates with speed, clarity, and responsibilityCompensation- This is a co-founder role, and compensation will be structured accordingly- You’ll receive significant equity, with long-term upside tied to scale and success- Minimal base salary to begin with, reflecting our early-stage but fast-scaling model- Compensation will grow meaningfully based on Performance and operational outcomes and overall business growth- Strategic milestones achieved during scale-up- Top performers can expect excellent overall compensation through our outcome driven structure- This is not the right role for someone seeking a high initial salary without ownership or results
