411 Locals is seeking a dynamic and innovative Sales Script and Delivery Optimization Manager to join our growing team. This pioneering role combines the art of script writing, the science of sales performance analysis, and the cutting-edge technology of AI to revolutionize our sales process.


In this role, you will:

  • Craft and refine compelling sales scripts that resonate with clients and drive conversions, utilizing AI feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Become the voice coach for our sales agents, guiding them to deliver scripts with confidence, clarity, and a natural tone that builds rapport.
  • Leverage AI tools to monitor agent performance in real-time, identify areas for improvement, and provide personalized coaching tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and AI engineers, ensuring seamless integration of AI technology into our sales workflows.
  • Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize script effectiveness and agent delivery.


You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in sales script writing, performance coaching, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of AI tools used in call centers for script management such as Observe.ai, Balto, CRESTA, NICE or similar.
  • Excellent linguistic skills with a focus on pronunciation, enunciation, and tone coaching.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while ensuring agents meet performance goals.
  • Experience working with diverse teams, ideally in offshore or multicultural environments.
  • A passion for data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in cold-calling or telesales.
  • Experience in voice coaching, language training, or acting.
  • Familiarity with performance management systems and KPI-driven environments.
