Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Speciali st to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients and influencers to develop strategies that align with brand objectives, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
  • Design comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to each client’s brand and target audience.

Influencer Outreach:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and evaluate potential influencers across various platforms
  • Analyze influencer engagement metrics, audience demographics, and content relevance to ensure alignment with brand values.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and compensation terms with influencers to ensure fair agreements.

Content Development & Oversight:

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop creative briefs and content guidelines that reflect the brand’s voice and messaging.
  • Review and provide feedback on content submissions to ensure quality and alignment with campaign goals.

Campaign Execution & Coordination:

  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring all timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate logistics between influencers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth campaign operations.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to assess engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients that summarize campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.

Industry Research & Trend Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media, and consumer behavior.
  • Identify emerging influencers and platforms to incorporate into future campaigns.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in developing and managing campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing,
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
