Job Description:
- Working on Repair Should Cost ( Mandatory) of different repair parts of Aero Engines.
- Exposure to Aerospace Industry – Cost Estimation for Production & Negotiation
- Cost Estimation of various parts outsourced and negotiating with vendors when their price is higher than the estimated price.
- Evaluate cost impact of alternative technical options (materials, manufacture methods) during the product development process (Design to Cost) and in re-designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and finance to gather necessary data and insights.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements through value engineering, process optimization, or supplier negotiations.
- Involvement in vendor negotiations for low and medium value estimates
