Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled individual to serve as a Sales Manager cum Salesperson cum Customer Satisfaction Consultant. This role is integral to driving daily sales, maintaining excellent client relations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while also handling customer interactions across various platforms. They should have a strong command of communication tools, be skilled in performance marketing, and be adept at creating and executing innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management & Execution
Client Communication & Satisfaction
- Create internal sales process flow for the team to follow
- Maintaining the sales process on a day-to-day basis
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients through various platforms including WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and YouTube comments & on Yoga App. Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries and feedback.
- Making cold calls to prospective clients to provide current program information
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as a consultant to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Marketing: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Developing sales and marketing scripts and rebuttals
- Drafting professional emails and messages to communicate with potential and existing clients
- Contacting old clients/leads to check for requirements and proposing current plans to them
- Keeping track of all calls and conducting regular follow-ups with leads
- Daily Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Develop and execute action plans to maximize sales performance.
- Client Pitching: Effectively pitch plans and products to new and existing clients across various channels including phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Youtube and emailers.
- Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and convert leads into loyal customers. Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly.
- Should know about Whatsapp Bulk whatsapping, Bulk Emailing, run email and whatsapp campaigns.
Content & Social Media Management
- Social Media Engagement: Repost content from Instagram to other social media platforms (up to 5 portals) to maximize visibility and drive sales.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating and templatizing WhatsApp Business messages, Instagram replies, and other communication templates to streamline client interactions.
- Social Media Messaging: Manage and optimize social media interactions, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with potential and existing clients.
Reporting & Analysis
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyze sales performance using Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools. Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback. Ensure data is updated and accessible for analysis and decision-making.
- Strategy Development: Propose and implement new sales strategies based on market trends, client behavior, and performance data.
Skills & Competencies
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients across various platforms.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Performance Marketing: Knowledge of performance marketing techniques and tools to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Creativity & Initiative: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative sales strategies and solutions to improve sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business intelligence experience and social media management. Experience in performance marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Should know time blocking and self task management
