Graphic Designer

The Role: We are currently looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join a growing children’s food brand in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG sector, with a keen understanding of brand communication for children and parents. Duties include packaging, digital and offline campaign design that will help the Company engage and delight its target market. Key Responsibilities Design and produce creative assets for product packaging, promotional materials, social media and presentations, ensuring they appeal to children and parents. Collaborate with marketing, product development, production and sales teams to create cohesive & compelling content for various campaigns. Develop and adapt assets for digital and print platforms while maintaining visual and branding consistency. Ensure all packaging and marketing designs comply with regulatory standards relevant to food products for children. Manage multiple design projects and coordinate deadlines effectively. Keep up-to-date with graphic design, children’s media and FMCG trends. Ideal Profile: Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field. At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer (FMCG or food sector experience is highly preferred). Strong portfolio showcasing product packaging, branding, and campaign work. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for food packaging and children’s products is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW); animation and video editing. Understanding of branding, color theory, typography, and child-friendly design principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and time management. Ability to conceptualize, adapt designs for various formats, and manage feedback constructively.
