Partnerships Manager – Genetic Screening and Bioinformatics


**Job Description:**


**Overview:**

Healtour Solutions is seeking an experienced **Partnerships Manager** to oversee and cultivate strategic relationships within the genetic screening and bioinformatics sectors. This role is pivotal for enhancing Healtour Solutions’ footprint in advanced diagnostics and personalized medicine through collaborations and targeted investments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying potential partners, managing relationships, and facilitating beneficial agreements.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Partnership Development**: Identify and approach potential genetic screening and bioinformatics companies for collaboration.

- **Due Diligence**: Assess the technological, financial, and operational viability of prospective partners.

- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead contract discussions, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

- **Relationship Management**: Maintain and strengthen partnerships to support joint growth initiatives.

- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.

- **Industry Insights**: Monitor developments and trends in the genetic diagnostics field to inform partnership strategies.


**Qualifications:**

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field. An advanced degree such as an MBA or a specialized healthcare management degree from institutions like IIHMR, Manipal, or Healthcare Management Program from any IIM or ISB AMPH is preferred.

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in partnerships, business development, or strategic roles within healthcare or biotech sectors.

- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships.

- Understanding of bioinformatics and genetic screening technologies.

- **Soft Skills**: Effective communication and relationship-building capabilities.


**Location**: Hyderabad, India (flexibility for travel as needed)
