We are looking aspiring individuals in the field of Graphic Designing. The job role will be as mentioned below -


Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling and effective marketing materials to support company's branding and promotional efforts. This includes designing digital and print advertisements, hoardings, social media graphics, brochures, property presentations, and other collateral that aligns with the company's visual identity and marketing strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

  • Create engaging graphics for a variety of media.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, ads, banners, social media posts, internal communication , hoardings, and email campaigns.

Digital Content Creation:

  • Design digital content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
  • Create infographics, interactive media, and other multimedia content.

Print Production:

  • Prepare and oversee the production of print materials, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with printers and other vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery.

Collaborative Work:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Brand & Corporate Communication, CRM, ChildCentric Homes etc) to understand their graphic needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

Photography and Videography:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing purposes.

Innovation and Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table to keep the company’s marketing materials innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),CoralDraw, etc..

Skills:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design skills.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
