Job SummaryOwns farmer-group acquisition and onboarding for Khet Pe via B2 B2 C/G2 C channels. Generates leads and signs up FPOs, cooperatives, SHGs, sugar mills, NGOs, agri-retail networks, and community influencers—driving activation and renewals at scaleRoles & ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a farmer-group acquisition strategy through FPOs/co-ops/SHGs/sugar mills/NGOs/agri-retailers/KVKs—excluding enterprise contracts and government tenders.Build a repeatable lead engine: field outreach, village demos, Whats App/referral programs, micro-events, and partner roadshows.Own the onboarding playbook: group mapping, data import, consent capture, KYC (as needed), training schedules, and go-live milestones.Drive activation and adoption: first-week actions, WAU/MAU growth, renewals, NPS, and cohort retention; deploy “Khet Pe Mitra” influencer networks.Set and run field cadences: beat plans, daily call metrics, demo targets, booth/activity days, and local-language collateral.Coordinate tightly with Inside Sales/Telesales for lead nurturing, callbacks, and reactivation.Price and package group subscriptions; manage collections and receipt hygiene in coordination with Finance.Maintain CRM discipline: clean pipelines, stage definitions, conversions, win/loss, and weekly forecast reviews.Escalate any enterprise-scale or government opportunities to the B2 B/B2 G teams per RACI to avoid overlap.Capture structured user feedback; feed insights to Product Manager and PMO/BA for JIRA stories and roadmap inputs.Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent, and communication norms; monitor channel fraud/abuse risks and remediate quickly.Candidate Profile & Skill RequirementsExperience:8–12 years in rural/channel sales with 3–5 years leading farmer-group or community distribution at scale.Proven success onboarding FPOs/co-ops/SHGs and running field programs; comfort with multi-district rollouts.Hands-on with CRM-driven funnels, collections, and renewal motions.Core Skills:Lead generation, partner/channel enablement, and event/demonstration playbooksFunnel management, forecasting, cohort tracking, and basic BI/Excel.Training and enablement for field reps; vernacular communication and collateral deployment.Leadership Competencies:Builds, coaches, and motivates high-output field and inside sales teams.Crisp execution, disciplined cadences, and rapid unblock/escalation.Clear written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder coordinationIndustry Knowledge (Preferred):FPO/co-op structures, sugar value chain, agri-retail networks, and NGO/CSR ecosystems.Farmer buying behavior, seasonality, and regional language nuances.Personal Attributes:Boots-on-ground operator; owner mindset.Integrity, resilience, and persistence.Organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused.About SWANSAT GROUPSwan Sat Group stands at the intersection of deep technology, precision intelligence, and social impact, uniting three powerful verticals to transform how nations, businesses, and communities make decisions.At our core is Swan Sat, a leader in satellite and geospatial intelligence.
