About the Role:
As an HR Intern specializing in Technical Hiring, you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts for technical positions. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in sourcing and recruiting top tech talent. You will work closely with our experienced HR team and hiring managers to understand the technical requirements of each role, source potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri, and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a keen interest in technology and IT hiring. Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Hiring Support:
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Analysts, IT Admins).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key skills for the roles.
- Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals for candidate sourcing.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
2.Candidate Engagement:
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
3.Recruitment Analytics:
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team.
- Analyze sourcing data and suggest improvements for a better talent acquisition strategy.
4.Employer Branding:
- Assist in enhancing the company's online presence to attract top technical talent.
- Support in creating job postings, social media content, and outreach messages.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
