Responsibilities:
- Experience in B2B industry for at-least 5 years.- Preferably experience in school or education industry.- Strategising the Business/Sales Plan for the company in the defined region.- Reaching out to present clientele and generating new leads and clients in your region.- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Arrange face to face business meetings with prospective clients- Promote the company’s travel services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements:
- Prior Education Sales Experience not mandatory.- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.- Proven experience in sales for a minimum for 3years , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and rapport-building abilities.- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Quick thinker with the ability to handle objections and find creative solutions to challenges.- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.- Prior experience in the Educational Travel sales or in selling educational programs is a plus.- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude are essential traits for success in this role.
