Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer visits to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations to prospective customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Generate leads through various sources such as networking, industry events, and online research.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers tailored to customer requirements.
  • Follow up with potential clients and coordinate internally to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close orders to meet sales targets.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.
  • Monitor offers and prepare monthly reports for review and analysis.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Food Business segment.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical/Food Technology or related field).
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role, preferably in the food processing industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
