Through these offerings, we empower people to make lasting changes that enhance their overall health and wellbeing.What you’ll doThe Financial Analyst will be reporting to Lead FP&A responsible for the preparation, reporting, variance analysis of the departmental budgets, forecasts, and key financial metrics. The role will be responsible for business performance reporting using different types of financial and business metrics to generate insights for the senior leaders.Prepare periodic financialreports (i.e., weekly,monthly, quarterly) for senior management.Assist with ad-hoc assignments and reporting requirements as they arise.Build cohesive narratives in communicating resultsto senior management and present the data with high end insights.Drive initiatives to build analytics for a betterpresentation of the financials to business.Building & assistingfinancial models or maintaining/updating existingmodels to support financial analysis.Communicate effectively with key FP&Astakeholders and globalteams across Finance.Identify and executeopportunities to improvisethe existing processes/reporting to drive standardization across teams.Ensure accurate, complete, and timely completion of processes and reporting.Be adaptable to a constantly evolving,changing, and challenging environment.Coordinating budget reviews, and corporate budget consolidationDevelop and institutionalize financial models, analyses, key business metrics that serve as a tool to drive profitable business growth, efficiency and improvement.Identify, assess, valueand prioritize currentand emerging productportfolio and other business initiatives, through regressive financial analysis and business casesProviding analytical perspectives and executive financialsummaries for importantstrategic decisions, including M&A activities and significant capital investmentsTracking sales pipelineclosely to bringabout more accurate revenueforecast and operational expenditure requirementsInterface with the leadership regarding financial results, forecasts, planning assumptions and other projectsSkills & Qualifications:BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant. Additional qualifications of CA Inter would be preferredShould have 5- 7 years of experience in the Finance Department of a reputed organizationMust be excellent at crunching numbers& able to understand the impact of any transaction in numbers of termsExcellent functional knowledge of accounting systems, processes, fund flow management, statutory compliances, taxation, and MIS reporting to senior managementHave an eye to details in reconciling various reports and various tabs within a reportFlexibility in work hours (be able to cross with US Finance team in India’s evenings)Must have good oral and written communication skills.Why Roundglass:Roundglass was built on the vision that wellbeing should be at the very center of our life journey.
