· Ensure effective team, customer and supplier communication.

· Should have good understanding of SW Architecture, AUTOSAR, Validation methods, Tool chains across the industry

· Responsible for People management & career development of the team

· Act as a point of escalation for all project & business related queries

· Coordinate with various stakeholders (internal and external). Participate in various supplier discussions, technical and management discussions.

· Ensure alignment & implementation of project strategy in line with organization strategy

· Lead cross-functional activities & collaborate with leadership team as needed

· Collaborate and share LLBP across teams at MBRDI as well as MB.

· Develop knowledge channel with external agencies, universities, educational institutes etc.

· Initiation of actions for further development of managers and ensure the goals are achieved.
