Introduction: The Media Manager is responsible to plan, lead, and support all media-related requirements for the client base across the region. The role’s primary focus will be to strengthen the agency’s digital media division and be hands-on with the full execution from media strategy, media planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting. Besides media, the profile must also be well versed in the delivery of EDMs. The candidate will report directly to the Client Services Director of KRDS. Your responsibilities Work closely with the leads Strategy, Servicing, Development and Production team to enhance current expertise and capabilities Plan and execute all aspects of our media campaigns, from identifying target audiences to measuring and reporting results with a keen eye for constant optimisation Partner and collaborate with markets for digital media, content marketing and data analytics Execute on paid digital awareness, engagement and conversion activities including, display retargeting, social media ads, email marketing and other advertising channels Develop campaign optimisation strategies and monitor the campaign’s effectiveness Manage the agency’s performance to deliver best practices, test plans, new formats, playbooks Your profile At least 3 years of experience in media management, with regional exposure in Asia, particularly, Singapore and India Proven experience and campaigns that showcases identification of target audience, proposing formats and devising campaigns that are built on awareness, engagement and conversion. Strong command of digital ad tech automation tech stack Proficient in measuring, analysing, and reporting on campaigns and always-on Knowledge and experience with reach, engagement and conversion campaigns on social media channels, in particular, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Knowledge and experience with TikTok advertising is a plus Knowledge and experience with Google Marketing and Adobe Marketing Stacks Knowledge and experience of re-targeting including across social and digital Knowledge and experience with content syndication
