Job Title: HR Executive Location: Asoj Plant, Vadodara Company: Shreno Engineering Limited (Alembic Group of Companies) Role Overview: The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions at the plant level, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting smooth workforce operations. This role involves handling contract labour, apprentices, attendance systems, and HR documentation while maintaining adherence to company policies and legal guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Contract Labour Management: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company guidelines. Maintain records and coordinate with job work and manpower contractors. Manage contract labour agreements, renewals, and adherence to CLM policies. Apprentice Management: Organize recruitment drives and manage onboarding processes. Generate apprenticeship contracts and ensure statutory compliance. Coordinate with departments for successful learning and development of apprentices. Time Office & Attendance: Manage manual attendance cards and biometric systems for contractual staff. Handle shift scheduling and prepare attendance reports. Induction & Employee File Management: Conduct induction programs for new employees. Maintain accurate and updated employee files and records. Compliance & Reporting: Support internal and external audits. Maintain statutory registers and prepare HR MIS reports. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in plant-level HR operations. Knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and statutory requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
