Designation – Product Application GroupRoles & responsibilities:1. All Product Development2. Market analysis and business development for capturing the extensive network globally of Exportand Domestic market.3. Product Approvals4. End to End Functions- Project initiation (Project owner)→→Consultants→→EPC→→Approvals→→End Products→→Plant Visit→→Post Services (Complaints settlement)5. Designers/ Architects/ Consultants of all Regionsa. Networking in all major and minor cities/towns etcb. Approvals/Certifications for Government/ private owned for larger projects and drivingproduct awarenessc. Mapping the existing and upcoming projects, meeting the consultants, designers, EPC’s,customers6. Creating market for Increasing share of business in Value added products for maximizing the NSRand margins7. Technical Support- Customer complaint settlement8. Making Customer awareness on JSPL’s new development through Electronic mailer, Presentations,Meeting, and Seminars. Updating customer on additional facilities.9. Technical support to branding on development of Brochures, leaflets, technical presentations,AV’s, Product Booklets , Publications in technical magazines10. Customer Feedback, customer retention11. Knowledge sharing with all zonal sales team, new entrants.12. Liaising with Ministry of Steel, Ministry of Road Transport & National Highways, Ministry ofIndustrial Policy and Promotion, Railway Board, CPWD BIS and other policy makers for inclusion ofJSPL’s name in Government Codes and Manuals
