Technical execution: Ensure all on-site activities and construction work adhere strictly to design plans, engineering standards, and project specifications. Quality control: Conduct inspections and checks to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets required standards. Safety and compliance: Enforce health, safety, and legal regulations on the site to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Coordination and communication: Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and collaboration. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and unexpected problems that arise during the project to prevent delays. Documentation and reporting: Prepare daily work programs, take minutes at meetings, and compile detailed reports on project progress, costs, and other key metrics. Resource management: Manage the procurement, organization, and delivery of construction materials and equipment.  Required skills and qualifications Strong technical and engineering knowledge Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and leadership skills Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and legal regulations  Requirements Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects. Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers. Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.
