Senior Technical Lead

- Experience in programming and application design in relevant technology in a large complex IT landscape. - Experience in the development and support of large-scale corporate applications, compliance with structured (waterfall or agile) development processes. - In-depth knowledge of the IBM BAW platform, at least 3-5 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW 8.0/8.5/8.6 Versions - Strong understanding and experience in BPD/BAW Concepts - Decision Gateways, System/Manual lanes, BPMN Notations, UCA’s, Timers, Connectors, IBM BAW REST Calls, Process/Service Design, Human services, UI Design concepts, Coach Views and other UI components. - Experience with integrating IBM BAW with other systems, applications, and data sources to create seamless end-to-end business processes. (i.E., REST/SOAP service calls. Etc.) - Experience in JS Technologies such as Angular, React JS and experience in database concepts, SQL development. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence. - Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills, combined with a curious and creative mind-set.
