Senior Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai Job Purpose The incumbent will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, enhancing system reliability, and ensuring regulatory compliance across all technology operations. To lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure initiatives, ensuring a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the organization’s cloud infrastructure strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and cost efficiency. - Drive migration projects — transitioning legacy on-premises systems to cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP). - Oversee deployment, automation, monitoring, and optimization of cloud environments. - Manage and enhance disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity frameworks. - Collaborate with information security teams to ensure compliance with RBI/SEBI IT governance guidelines. - Optimize infrastructure performance through capacity planning, automation, and cost management. - Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve system resilience and performance. - Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams for infrastructure upgrades and service improvements. Key Requirements: - 5–7 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of both on premises and hybrid setups. - Proven track record of managing migration projects from on-site to cloud. - Expertise in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud. - Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, networking, and system administration. - Experience with security frameworks, IAM policies, and data protection protocols. - Preferably from broking, capital markets, or financial services domain with exposure to regulated environments. - Strong leadership, vendor management, and project execution skills. Preferred Certifications (Good to Have) - AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator - Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect - ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications for process management
