Salary: Up to INR 40,000 per month (based on prior experience) + Performance-Based Incentives


About Us:

At Vesta, we are a fast-growing software solutions provider catering to hotels, airports, and other facilities. We specialize in improving operational efficiency, safety, and customer experiences through our digital solutions. As a growing company, we’re looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Executive to help expand our client base and handle support for our existing customers.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads within the hospitality, aviation, and facilities management sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients.
  • Handle customer support inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Upsell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B SaaS or similar industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in managing customer support is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and sales is desirable.
  • Candidates must have their own laptop / PC.
  • Candidates must be open to traveling (within India) to meet with potential clients. All travel expenses will be borne by the company.
