Founding Platform Architect — Agentic AI Platform @ FN7Hyderabad I Competitive Salary + Meaningful ESOP I Full-Time | Founding Team |Hands-OnAbout fn7FN7 is building a lean, high-speed platform for agentic AI — enabling brands to grow with AI-native autonomy rather than dashboards.Our stack combines:- Brand Brain → knowledge + memory per brand- Scout → social listening + engagement- Growth Agents → creative generation, PMAX, Meta optimization, budget allocationWe believe in tiny core, massive leverage surface — a small internal team creating foundations that external builders extend.Role OverviewAs Founding Platform Architect, you’ll own the architecture, SDK, and orchestrator of FN7’s agentic platform.You’ll design patterns, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and still ship production code weekly.This is a founding-team role for a builder who wants to shape the next-gen agentic stack from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Patterns- Design and evolve FN7’s multi-agent architecture (Google ADK style).- Author ADRs and technical standards.Developer Platform- Build the Module SDK, local dev emulators, and CI/CD pipelines.- Enable fast, safe plug-in module development.Data & Orchestration- Architect event-driven backends on GCP (Pub/Sub, Firestore).- Operate containerized agent runners on Cloud Run / GKE.Search & Retrieval- Productionize hybrid search (Elasticsearch vector + keyword) and RAG pipelines for Brand Brain & Scout.Reliability & Cost- Define evaluation scorecards, SLOs, and guardrails.- Optimize for speed, reliability, and efficiency.What You BringRequired- 5 + yrs building production platforms or systems; 3 + yrs with cloud-native architecture.- Strong in GCP (Vertex AI, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run/GKE) and Kubernetes.- Hands-on with Node.js and Python.- Elasticsearch (vector + keyword) in production.- Firestore/Firebase modeling + security rules.- CI/CD pipelines and observability (OpenTelemetry, logging, metrics).- Built and shipped at least one LLM/agentic system in production.Nice to Have- Multi-agent orchestration patterns.- Ads domain (Google Ads, PMAX, Meta) or RL-based budget tuning.- Micro-frontend (React/Next) or feature-flag frameworks.- BigQuery or experimentation pipelines.Who You Are- A builder > manager — you ship and iterate.- Think in systems: architecture, economics, craft.- Have founded or built something yourself (startup, tool, OSS).- Thrive in ambiguity and fast feedback loops.- Care about clarity, honesty, and impact.Why Join fn7- Founding-level ownership — meaningful ESOP + clear Head of Platform → CTO path.- Fast loops — weekly release cadence, no bureaucracy.- Impact — define the agentic AI stack others will build on.- Culture — small team, direct feedback, Friday demos.How to ApplyApply directly via LinkedIn or email Even if you’re not actively looking — let’s talk.
