Our culture blends startup speed with engineering rigor: automation by default, observable systems, and continuous delivery.What You’ll Do- Own customer-facing documentation: getting-started guides, how-tos, FAQs, release notes, and troubleshooting.- Partner with PM, Engineering, and Design to understand features and ship documentation in lockstep with releases.- Create API/SDK docs and samples using OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman collections, and code snippets where needed.- Structure and maintain our help center / docs site (IA, navigation, search, tagging).- Define and enforce style guidelines; review and edit SME drafts for clarity and consistency.- Run lightweight user tests on docs; track usage/search analytics to drive improvements.- Use a docs-as-code workflow (Markdown, Git, CI) to publish and version content.What You’ll Need- 1–3 years in technical writing (or strong portfolio showing equivalent ability).- Excellent written English and the ability to explain complex topics simply.- Hands-on with Markdown, Git, and at least one docs tool (Docusaurus/MkDocs/Sphinx/ReadMe).- Comfort with REST/JSON, reading logs, and basic CLI tasks.- Strong collaboration skills and a bias for shipping.Nice to Have- Experience with OpenAPI, Postman, or SDK docs.- Basic HTML/CSS, screenshots/video walkthrough skills.- Familiarity with analytics (e.g., GA/search logs) and accessibility basics.- Exposure to cloud/DevOps terms (Docker, CI/CD) for context.How to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or at nomisma.ai/career/.You can also email your resume and 2–3 writing samples (or portfolio links) to with subject: “Technical Writer – Your Name”.
