Techtinium Technologies is looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Communications Specialist. Our Client is a non-profit organization in the US and is dedicated to scientific space exploration. We are looking for a Salesforce & Pardot expert to support the existing implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce and Pardot, with a focus on enhancing donor engagement and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Pardot.- Ensure all emails are optimized for performance and deliverability.- Utilize A/B testing to improve response rates and conversions.- Implement and manage lead nurturing programs using Pardot. Set up and refine lead scoring models to align with campaign goals.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automated journeys. Use data to recommend improvements in campaign strategies.- Manage lists, segmentations, and data integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and strong project management and leadership skills, particularly for executing campaigns.- Hands-on experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Pardot.- Strong skills in Pardot’s and Salesforce’s reporting features, including building custom reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Willingness to occasionally work Pacific Standard hours for calls with the American team.- High level of integrity, ethics, and ability to maintain confidentiality.- Six-day work week
