KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Technical & Non-Technical Hiring (End-to-End) - Source, screen, and evaluate resumes for technical and non-technical roles. - Conduct HR screening calls. - Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers. - Manage job postings and hiring pipelines. 2. HR Operations & Confidential Documentation - Maintain employee files, NDAs, non-competes, appraisals, and salary documents. - Ensure strict confidentiality. - Prepare offers, appointment letters, confirmations, appraisals, warnings, exits. 3. Onboarding & Induction - Run onboarding end-to-end. - Set up IDs, emails, documentation, and policy orientation. 4. Attendance, Leave & Discipline Management - Monitor attendance. - Enforce punctuality and leave policies. - Escalate discipline issues. 5. Performance & Culture Integration - Assist leadership with KPIs and review cycles. - Maintain a culture of clarity and accountability. 6. Exit Process Management - Full exit workflow and interviews. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred. - 4–5 years HR experience with strong hiring ownership. - Experience with technical hiring required. - Strong confidentiality, documentation, and communication skills.
