Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer with extensive experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions, specifically for GRC and BCM modules, to streamline and automate business processes related to risk management, policy compliance, and continuity planning.


This is a full time, remote 6 month contract (extendable).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on GRC and BCM modules.
  • Develop and customize GRC policies , risk management frameworks, and BCM continuity plans to meet business and compliance needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions for automated risk assessments, compliance tracking, and incident management.
  • Create and optimize Script Includes , Business Rules , Client Scripts , and UI Policies for GRC and BCM.
  • Develop custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards for monitoring compliance, risk mitigation, and business continuity processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g., security tools, external data sources) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers .
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, ensuring high availability and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer , with a focus on GRC and BCM modules.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow development using JavaScript , GlideRecord , GlideAjax , and Server-side scripting .
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy and Compliance Management , Risk Management , Audit Management , and Vendor Risk Management .
  • In-depth knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) , continuity planning , and crisis management .
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery , MID Server , and IntegrationHub for system integrations.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing ServiceNow workflows , Flow Designer , Business Rules , and UI Policies .
  • Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL processes, and governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 , NIST , GDPR , etc.).
  • Experience with integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools via REST/SOAP APIs .
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC , BCM ).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics for creating custom reports and dashboards.
  • Expertise in Security Incident Management and Audit Management .
  • Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards, including HIPAA , PCI-DSS , and SOC 2 .

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology or MCA
  • ServiceNow Certifications are highly preferred.
