Process Improvement:

Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, ensuring audit requirements are met and audit findings are addressed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other finance and operational teams to gather information, resolve issues, and improve data quality.

Your Role Accountabilities

The P2P lead plays a key role in the finance and accounting department of an organization. This role involves managing a team of professionals responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial data, as well as delivering timely and accurate financial reports.

Qualifications & Experience

A graduate or postgraduate in accountancy with 10+ years of post-qualification accounting experience in international and matrix organizations with a focus on record-to-report processes.

Must have strong practical and theoretical knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.

Very good written and spoken English is a must.

Proficient and experienced in MS Office applications, command over Excel is a must.

High Integrity team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work well with others and promote positive working relationships across the organization.

Motivated by the challenging, high-energy, flexible environment. Ability to work under conditions of pressure and adjust to urgent and changing situations.

The ability to plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines is fundamental so too is effective time management of workflow to meet accounting deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

1. Supervisory experience in leading a team size of 15 resources.
