Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing strategies to offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Identify potential candidates through creative sourcing techniques to fill the candidate pipeline.
  • Strategize, recommend, and drive improvements for building a talent pipeline.
  • Act as a consultant in hiring processes utilizing industry knowledge, compensationexpertise, leveling guidelines, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 2-4 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced environment handling end to end recruitment activities which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.
  • Solid experience in stakeholder management, data management and handling International contingency agencies & executive searchfirms.
  • Experience in recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms to improve process efficiencies.
  • Outstanding assessment and interviewing skills; strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
