We are hiring for the role of DGM - Sales (IT).
Major Responsibilities
Sales Process Automation:
-Lead the design and implementation of sales automation strategies that streamline sales operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key sales processes that can be automated using systems in place and new technology
-Ensure integration of sales automation tools with other enterprise systems
Transformation Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales automation transformation roadmap aligned with business goals and sales growth strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current sales processes and recommend automated solutions for improvement.
- Drive change management initiatives and work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
Technology Implementation & Adoption :
- 100% Implementation of Bizom SFA & DMS (Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management System) across the distributive channels of B2C and B2B (i.e. GT, Wholesale, Stand Alone Modern Trade and Food Services)
- Champion the B2C D2C (Direct To Consumer) platform
- Ensure automation tools are properly set up to track sales performance, lead generation, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee the testing, training, and rollout of automation solutions to ensure high user adoption.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Leverage automation tools to enhance sales data analytics, providing actionable insights for the sales team and management.
- Develop customized dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, pipeline activities, and sales forecasts.
- Use predictive analytics and AI to drive smarter decision-making and forecasting.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT. MBA is an add on
-10-12 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales automation, CRM management, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and B2B sales.
- Hands-on experience with sales automation tools.
- Experience in implementing AI-powered sales tools (e.g., lead scoring, predictive analytics).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Change management expertise and experience in driving technology adoption.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
