Sales Development Representative

Join a fast-growing marketing and sales agency that specializes in working with clients in niche industries. This agency is helping businesses succeed through innovative sales strategies, Website funnel automation, Paid ads strategy and execution.
As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by setting appointments for strategic sessions with prospective clients. You will work closely with the company’s leadership, gaining valuable insights into advanced sales techniques while contributing to meaningful client success.
Key Qualifications
Need to have:
- 2+ years in a high-volume sales role
- 1+ years experience making 50+ cold calls per day to US-based customers
- Proven success with LinkedIn outreach and social selling strategies
- Experience maintaining CRM records
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 9 hours within the 8 AM - 7 PM EST window, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting : Make 50-80 daily cold calls and leverage LinkedIn to engage potential clients in targeted industries.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule strategy sessions between qualified leads and the company’s leadership.
- Lead Qualification : Assess prospects to ensure alignment with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead interactions in HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Follow-Up : Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration : Work closely with leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Feedback and Learning : Use feedback to continuously improve your sales techniques and approach.
