Position: Creative Strategist Company: Protectol Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kochi, India Reports to: Brand Manager Type: Full-time, On-site Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It As the Creative Strategist , you’ll be the storyteller behind Protectol’s brand voice — turning ideas into narratives that inspire, engage, and convert. You’ll craft content strategies that bring our FMCG and D2C products closer to consumers through meaningful storytelling, impactful campaigns, and data-driven creativity. If you understand both the art of emotion and the science of attention , this role is your stage. What You’ll Bring to the Table 1. Strategy & Planning Design and own the brand’s content strategy and editorial calendar across digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and influencer channels. Build campaign-based storytelling frameworks aligned with product launches, marketing goals, and seasonal moments. Collaborate with design, social, and performance teams to maintain message consistency. Conduct content audits, analyze performance, and refine strategies based on insights. 2. Content Creation & Management Conceptualize and brief creative scripts, campaign ideas, and storyboards for social and video content. Write or oversee high-quality copy for social media, websites, blogs, packaging, and brand collaterals. Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual identity are consistent across every piece of content. Partner with the video and design teams to execute compelling creative deliverables. 3. Brand Storytelling & Campaigns Build emotionally resonant brand stories that deepen audience connection. Create theme-based, multi-platform campaigns integrating influencer, PR, and event narratives. Support brand partnerships and activations with cohesive storytelling strategies. 4. Performance & Optimization Track and interpret engagement, reach, and conversion data to optimize content effectiveness. Run A/B tests to identify winning creative approaches and messaging. Stay updated on content trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital formats. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with SEO, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to maximize content visibility and impact. Support sales and trade marketing through POSM, packaging, and retail content. Partner with influencer and event teams to ensure consistent communication across all brand touchpoints. What Makes You a Perfect Fit 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or D2C brands. Strong grasp of consumer psychology , brand storytelling, and positioning. Excellent command of English & Malayalam . Skilled in content planning tools, analytics platforms , and AI-assisted systems .
