• Work experience Req.- 4-6 years in US + Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Work Location- Bengaluru (Bangalore) but need to work in US timings.
• No. of Position-1.
• Requirement-Immediate Joiner (7-15 days).
• Qualification Req.- Bachelor’s degree.

Requirements:

• Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
• In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US & domestic market.
• Must be comfortable working in US timings
• Strong understanding of IT technical requirements.
• Preparation of Job Descriptions independently.
• Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
• Experience in recruiting US Citizens and knowledge of work authorization in USA.
• Experience with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
• The ability to think analytically to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.
• US Government IT Staffing experience is desirable.
