Website: Company Size: 800-850 Headquarters: Pune, Maharashtra, India Type: Privately Held Inception: 2011 Job Description Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool , ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) , to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required Here are the desired Skills and Experience… Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload. Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels Confident, diplomatic, and tactful Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
