Qualification - BE (Mechanical)/DiplomaExperience -5 to 7 Years Exp. (Automation SPM)Salary – Depend on InterviewSoftware –· Solid Works (3D CAD)· AUTO CAD (3D Designing, 2D Drawing)· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)Must have Experience and skills -· Structural & sheet metal Fabrication with design calculations.· Basic fundamentals & calculation.· Experience in Conveyor design with chain pull & load calculations as well design experience in other material handling & automated material storage systems.· Ability to study/ troubleshoot products responsibility.· Drawings drafting, /concept designing / Partial or complete product development.· BOM preparation.· Issue of design.· Coordinating with manufacturing/ electrical/ software/ teams/ I personnel with focus of final deliverable.· Products testing, verification, validation for expected compliance.· Analyse viability of workplace improvements and change management initiatives.· Conduct research for green initiatives and other product innovations.· Manage a team of design engineers.· Coordinate mechanical and electrical tests on prototype components.· Develop resource planning strategy.· Establish design-related hypotheses for testing through data analytics.· Evaluate IP infringements in accordance with organisational procedures.· Implement approved green initiatives in design processes.· Review design drawings for practicability, completion time frame, and research capabilities.
