We’re looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager to expand our global footprint and foster new opportunities in international markets.
Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager - International Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to enhance our global reach and manage existing relationships. This position requires frequent international travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international marketing strategies, focusing on high-growth regions
- Coordinate and manage documentation requirements for international transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and export/import protocols.
- Identify, negotiate, and foster relationships with potential clients, distributors, and key industry stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and business meetings to promote our products and services.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in target regions.
- Support the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for international sales, export, and import.
- Work closely with the Product Development and Operations teams to ensure that product offerings align with market demand.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably in the API expedient or related field.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in handling international marketing and trade documentation.
- Travel Requirements: Willing and able to travel internationally as needed. Previous experience traveling to foreign countries is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging clients and stakeholders in multicultural settings.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in international business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in digital marketing and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyse data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
