About Us
We are a dynamic health and wellness group managing leading UK-based brands such as Protein World and Good Guru, specializing in health and nutrition products including vitamins, minerals, and dietary supplements.
Our Gurgaon office is located on a five-acre plot owned by the group, which will undergo an exciting transformation within the next year. The plot will be developed into a state-of-the-art IT business center, featuring a Protein World gym, health store, and facilities for other parts of our group businesses. In the meantime, we are operating from an office on this development site, working to expand our reach and grow our impact.
We are building a dedicated telesales team in Gurgaon to target independent pharmacies in the UK and USA, focusing on pharmacies owned by Gujarati and Indian entrepreneurs. This team will play a critical role in fostering relationships and driving sales with these pharmacy owners, helping us expand into key international markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking Pharmacy Sales Specialists with a proven background in telesales and health products. This role requires individuals with a natural talent for building relationships, closing deals, and understanding the health and nutrition market.
As part of our Gurgaon-based team, you will use your expertise and charisma to connect with independent pharmacy owners, identify their needs, and sell products from our health and nutrition portfolio. Success in this role requires high energy, positivity, and the ability to deliver consistent sales results.
Key Responsibilities
• Telesales and Relationship Building:
• Conduct high-volume sales calls daily to independent pharmacies in the UK and USA.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with Gujarati and Indian pharmacy owners.
• Present and explain our products (e.g., vitamins, minerals, supplements) with confidence and expertise.
• Sales Execution:
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products from our portfolio.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle objections effectively and turn leads into loyal customers.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay up to date on health and nutrition trends and products, ensuring confident, informed conversations with pharmacy owners.
• Quickly learn and adapt to new product lines within the health and wellness sector.
• Market Focus:
• Tailor sales approaches for the UK and USA markets, understanding cultural nuances and customer expectations.
• Leverage any previous experience or insights from the USA pharmacy market to drive success.
Who You Are
We are looking for high-energy individuals with:
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of proven experience in telesales, particularly in the health and nutrition sector.
• Experience working with pharmacies or selling health products is essential.
• Skills and Attributes:
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• A natural talent for selling and creating likability during calls.
• Strong understanding of health products such as vitamins, minerals, and supplements.
• High levels of positivity, integrity, and resilience to handle high call volumes.
• Cultural Fit:
• Familiarity with Gujarati and Indian business owners, their preferences, and business dynamics.
• Experience selling in the USA market is a strong advantage.
