We are looking for a self-driven project manager  to lead SEO & other digital marketing projects , and Previous Experience in Upselling and achieving targets. Also collaborating with various teams while managing both clients and departments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years ' experience in managing SEO projects in international market ( major - USA & Canada ) and teams, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate integrity and authenticity.


Key Responsibilities


Client Communication and Relationship Management:


Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and collaboration.

Regularly update clients on project progress, key milestones, and performance metrics.


Upselling Targets and Collaboration:

preserving positive client connections and encouraging them to purchase further digital services.

 Reach the upselling goals that management has set.


Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, website, content, email marketing, and social media.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content creators, designers, analysts, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.


Campaign Execution: Oversee the development of digital assets such as landing pages, display ads, and social media content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and objectives.


Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), evaluate campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports for stakeholders.


Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to cost targets.


Optimization: Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns, improve performance, and maximize ROI.


Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital tools and platforms to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and enhance effectiveness.


Requirements

Experience: 2-5 years of SEO project management roles.


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).


Technical Skills: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or JIRA), marketing platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads), and basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.


Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights and project updates to stakeholders & international clients.


Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions.


Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Job Requirement : 

Exposure to the US /Canada market.

Good command over English.

Open for remote roles.

Open for US working hours. ( 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM)

Immediate joiner ( with in 7 working days )
